Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the Nexity platform. Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll for 14,000+ associates, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local regulations, payroll tax reporting, audits, reconciliations and year-end processing. Lead payroll team, partner with HR/Finance/operations and vendors, drive system implementations and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Support execution of integrated marketing and communications across channels: create multimedia content, manage tradeshow and event marketing, oversee branded materials and fulfillment, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, track campaign performance in GA4 and HubSpot, and manage marketing budgets and invoices to support sales and brand objectives.

Drive new commercial revenue by prospecting and closing deals for Towne Park’s parking and Nexity technology solutions. Build pipeline, manage opportunities in Salesforce, develop proposals and financials, represent the company at industry events, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and recurring revenue growth.
