Provide first-level phone, email, and chat support to health insurance agents and clients. Triage and prioritize requests, resolve common contract and onboarding issues, document interactions in a ticketing system, escalate complex cases, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. Lead and develop a national B2B sales organization: manage quota-carrying AEs, coach through complex deals, drive pipeline/forecasting discipline, enablement, cross-functional alignment, participate in customer meetings and negotiations, and scale sales processes and playbooks.
