Develop and maintain Sanborn’s visual brand across digital, print, presentations, events, video, and customer-facing collateral. Create graphic designs, multimedia content, sales materials, social creative, and conference assets. Manage templates, creative workflows, asset libraries, vendors, production schedules, inventory, shipping, proofing, and archival processes. Translate technical and geospatial information into clear visual stories while collaborating with executives, sales, proposal teams, and technical experts.

Processes, analyzes, models, and reviews geospatial data from lidar and aerial imagery. Troubleshoots complex processing issues, develops automated GIS and quality-control workflows, evaluates geospatial software, documents methods, and supports production, project management, sales proposals, and ISO quality processes.

Executes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple revenue verticals, managing campaign plans, marketing automation, CRM workflows, lead routing, content development, website and social channels, webinars, public relations coordination, and performance reporting. The role translates technical services into customer-facing communications, maintains campaign documentation and calendars, coordinates approvals and stakeholders, monitors conversion metrics, and recommends campaign improvements.

Performs geospatial data processing, spatial analysis, data collection, QA/QC, mapping, and geodatabase development. The role supports hydrographic extraction, contour generation, topology correction, workflow automation, and web-based cartographic products. The GIS Analyst translates client requirements into technical workflows, validates spatial and tabular datasets, documents methodologies, and collaborates with project teams and customers to deliver reliable geospatial information.

Leads complex, multi-year geospatial and web application projects from proposals through delivery. Manages schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, stakeholders, project teams, quality assurance, and client relationships. Develops proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules; coordinates technical work; reports project status; resolves operational issues; supports business development; and mentors project management staff. Occasional travel may be required.

Leads strategic account development across the Eastern U.S., building relationships with government and commercial clients, expanding contracts, achieving revenue targets, and identifying new sales opportunities. Develops capture and closure strategies, pricing plans, technical proposals, presentations, and business reports. Advises customers on tailored GIS and mapping solutions, coordinates with technical and project teams, maintains CRM records, forecasts pipeline activity, and represents the company at industry events. Considerable travel may be required.

Serve as a technical advisor and solution architect for Google Cloud and Google Maps Platform in a sales-aligned role. Design scalable geospatial solutions (Maps APIs, BigQuery, AI), build demos and POCs tied to commercial outcomes, co-sell with Google, model consumption/costs, author technical proposal content, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery while accelerating deal cycles.
