Manages beauty product development from concept through launch, including formulas, shades, packaging, vendor and contract manufacturer partnerships, testing, artwork approvals, quality reviews, product briefs, and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborates with marketing and operations to execute skincare and color product launches, extensions, and improvements while researching competitive trends and ensuring deadlines and standards are met.

Hosts and operates the Playa Vista studio, managing guest experiences, shade matching, product staging, supplies, vendors, AV setup, and team events. Supports photo and video shoots through logistics, talent assistance, product tracking, and issue resolution. Manages PR gifting and inventory while providing daily Zendesk, phone, and live-chat customer support. Contributes product education, artistry knowledge, and consistent brand voice across studio and customer interactions.

Support purchasing and inventory management by creating and managing POs/WOs/TOs in NetSuite, tracking production and shipments, reconciling inventory with contract manufacturers, mitigating supply risks, managing excess inventory and expedites, processing BOM revisions, resolving invoice discrepancies, and delivering weekly inventory risk updates to cross-functional teams.

Supports beauty product development across new launches, shade extensions, and reformulations. Coordinates product samples, batch submissions, safety testing, vendor meetings, documentation, packaging artwork reviews, milestone tracking, and team meeting preparation. Maintains physical product archives and digital product information files while contributing to concept brainstorming, trend research, prototype benchmarking, and formula submissions.

Lead creative strategy for performance, promotional, and launch marketing across digital channels. Own full-funnel creative ideation, testing, and ad production systems; manage agency and creator relationships; analyze paid media and email performance to inform creative direction; scale high-volume ad production (~150 concepts/month); mentor two junior strategists and present results to senior leadership.

Own day-to-day purchasing and open order management, execute NetSuite MRP transactions, manage supplier relationships, resolve production and quality issues, reconcile inventory, support S&OP, and lead weekly inventory risk reviews.
