  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate production or material delays before they impact the business, escalating as needed

  • Inventory Reconciliation: Manage inventory reconciliation at contract manufacturers (CMs) and drive resolution of discrepancies

  • Excess Inventory Management: Monitor and mitigate excess inventory at CMs to reduce carrying costs and waste

  • Expedition Analysis: Conduct air freight and expedition analysis, managing expedition options with packaging and CM suppliers to improve production lead times

  • Lead Time Improvement: Partner with suppliers to continuously improve production lead times and optimize delivery timing

  • Cost Negotiations: Support and conduct cost negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms

  • BOM Management: Process BOM revisions and communicate revisions clearly and promptly to suppliers

  • Invoice Resolution: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with finance and suppliers

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Deliver weekly inventory risk updates to cross-functional teams, providing clear visibility into supply status and potential disruptions

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Hands-on experience creating POs, WOs, TOs, and Item Receipts in NetSuite (or a comparable ERP)

  • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously

  • Working knowledge of inventory reconciliation, BOMs, and purchase order lifecycle management

  • Experience with freight, expedition, and lead-time analysis a plus

  • Comfortable surfacing risks early and communicating clearly with both suppliers and internal cross-functional partners

  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain / ERP systems to track, analyze, and report on order and inventory status

What We Do

We’re Changing the Beauty Industry for Good. Thrive Causemetics was born out of a friendship. Makeup artist and product developer, Karissa Bodnar, lost her dear friend Kristy to cancer at just 24 years old. Kristy’s compassionate and vivacious spirit inspired Karissa to establish Thrive Causemetics, a beauty brand and philosophy that goes beyond skin deep by empowering women. Thrive Causemetics is Bigger Than Beauty™️: For every product you purchase, we donate to help a woman thrive. We believe changing the world starts with a single ingredient, and that’s why we create vegan, 100% cruelty-free formulas containing proven ingredients without the use of parabens or sulfates. All of our high-performance cosmetics are developed at Thrive Causemetics Lab—we control every step of the product development process, and a large part of it involves you.
