Manage accounts receivable activities including payment application, collections, reconciliations, and customer billing inquiries. Prepare and file multi-jurisdictional sales tax returns, maintain fixed asset register and depreciation, support semiannual asset inspections, and produce investment plans and budget forecasts for Japan HQ. Assist accounting team and manager with reporting and ad hoc accounting tasks.

Lead development and rollout of technical and sales training programs for internal staff and dealer partners. Build certifications, demo scripts, sales enablement frameworks, and train regional trainers. Manage LMS, translate engineering updates into learning, run demo experience centers, and support new-hire orientation and CRM/ERP training. Up to 30% travel; collaborate with Service, Engineering, HR, and IT.
