Proactively prospect and build pipeline, lead consultative sales conversations with C-suite and HR/Legal/Finance stakeholders, manage long sales cycles, use CRM and sales tools, and meet individual revenue targets while collaborating cross-functionally.

Drive new business growth for an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider by independently sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-value B2B deals. Target C-suite and HR/legal/finance stakeholders across global markets using outbound prospecting, consultative selling, pipeline management, and data-driven performance tracking. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations while meeting revenue targets and maintaining strong pipeline hygiene.

Manage complex, long sales cycles, maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting, and use CRM and sales tools to meet revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Drive new business by sourcing, managing, and closing high-value Employer-of-Record deals. Independently prospect via outbound channels, conduct consultative discovery with C-suite and HR/Legal/Finance stakeholders, manage complex long sales cycles, maintain pipeline hygiene and metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets using CRM and sales tools.

Support global employment law operations by reviewing and editing legal documents, managing signature workflows, conducting factual research, drafting reports, maintaining databases and case tracking, and coordinating employment-related documentation, translations, couriers, and service providers.

Support Global Controllership by automating payroll and accounting reports, coordinating with regional teams, performing GL reconciliations, supporting month/quarter/year-end close, preparing journal entries and accruals, producing financial statements and variance commentary, handling Sage Intacct inquiries, and executing ad hoc global finance projects.
