Provide technical customer support, onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and field assistance for geospatial robotics systems. Manage equipment readiness, inventory, shipments, returns, replacements, and local Houston operations. Document issues, create support materials, escalate advanced problems to Engineering, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The role requires geospatial or surveying knowledge, strong communication, systematic troubleshooting, independent ownership, on-site Houston work, customer travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Serves as the technical leader throughout the customer lifecycle, including technical discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, proposals, deployments, training, troubleshooting, adoption, renewals, and expansion support. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering to help customers implement robotic systems in construction environments. Travels regularly to customer job sites, gathers field feedback, supports customer outcomes, and contributes to product improvements, training materials, and customer advocacy.
