Builds and manages the Customer Success Operations organization while improving gross and net revenue retention, adoption, expansion, and customer experience through automation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain the pre-sales technology platform, including lead routing, account assignment, territory management, pipeline automation, revenue intelligence, and AI-assisted selling. Integrate Salesforce, marketing automation, AI platforms, data providers, and sales engagement tools.
