Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the President, leading enterprise initiatives, commercial operations, executive reporting, board materials, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment. Lead and expand strategic auto finance partnerships across dealers, fintech platforms, captives, and banks. Own partner strategy, KPIs (volume, revenue, profitability), deal negotiations, and cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Risk, Operations, and Legal to drive auto loan originations and programmatic solutions. Build executive relationships, manage communications and escalations, and prepare leadership updates on partner performance and macro credit risks.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue operations, bridge sales and AI/product teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, build scalable CRM/reporting frameworks, support executive decision-making, and accelerate partnership and revenue growth.

The Director of Partnerships will lead strategic relationships, drive revenue, and execute initiatives within Pagaya's personal loan network, focusing on growth and partnership success.

Manage day-to-day treasury operations for investment vehicles and funds, including cash forecasting, securitization/funding (ABS, forward flow), reconciliations, reporting, and process automation. Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, and external parties to support liquidity, funding strategy, and operational scalability.

Lead go-to-market and partner development for Personal Loans and Point-of-Sale products. Own end-to-end enterprise sales, build C-level relationships, close complex deals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch AI-driven consumer lending integrations and scale market presence.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution to scale Pagaya's white-label lending network. Drive API and developer tooling development, partner onboarding, and core underwriting platform scalability while partnering with engineering and data science to productize ML models and ensure enterprise-grade reliability, performance, and compliance.

Lead and expand executive-level partnerships across personal loan originators, fintechs, and banks. Drive partner strategy, revenue, profitability, KPIs, negotiations, and cross-functional delivery to scale Pagaya's personal loan network.

Support growth by translating strategy into operational plans, tracking priorities, driving cross-functional execution, building executive-level presentations, optimizing processes, and improving reporting and workflows to scale partnerships across personal loans, auto, and point-of-sale asset classes.
