Supports Producers by servicing and retaining commercial insurance accounts, managing renewals, obtaining carrier quotes, preparing submissions and client materials, reviewing policies and certificates, addressing accounting issues, developing cross-sell opportunities, and assisting with claims and client meetings. Maintains accurate agency records and communicates with clients, carriers, underwriters, brokers, and Producers.

Maintains accurate benefits database records, supports new client setup, provides backup to Benefit Advocates, and contributes to billing procedures. Requires strong communication, organization, judgment, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads Salesforce product ownership and program delivery, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, Agile execution, solution review, UAT, quality governance, adoption, and KPI reporting. Manages a multidisciplinary team of project managers, Scrum Masters, architects, and QA professionals, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, capacity planning, and vendor coordination. Partners with executives, Sales, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver value-driven CRM solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Designs, implements, and improves secure, reliable infrastructure services across hybrid cloud environments. Leads infrastructure projects, complex incident resolution, configuration compliance, patching, automation, disaster recovery, audits, and tool evaluations. Develops operational policies and documentation, mentors junior engineers, and coordinates with security, network, application, cloud, and service desk teams. Requires advanced cloud, systems administration, infrastructure automation, security, troubleshooting, and technical leadership experience.

Leads cloud and systems administration initiatives across hybrid infrastructure. Owns production system lifecycle, security, patching, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery. Leads incident response, root-cause analysis, change reviews, automation, standards development and audit readiness. Partners with Security and other technical teams, manages vendors, documents operational processes, and mentors junior administrators. Requires advanced Windows Server and Linux administration, PowerShell automation, cloud platform experience across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, and experience in regulated environments.

Manages a mid-market employee benefits book of business, maintains client relationships, leads service teams, develops new business and cross-selling opportunities, prepares renewal analyses, negotiates with carriers and vendors, resolves benefit issues, and supports client sales presentations. The role also oversees coverage reviews, billing reconciliation, data integrity, and compliance with insurance licensing and continuing education requirements.

Leads workplace accommodation cases from intake through implementation and follow-up. Evaluates ADA-related requests, reviews medical documentation, coordinates leave matters, recommends accommodations, maintains confidential records, and advises employees, managers, HR, Legal, and business leaders. Develops procedures, training, tracking tools, reporting, and manager guidance while supporting employee relations cases and compliance audits.

Manages small-group employee benefits accounts by supporting renewals, marketing, proposals, policy binding, client service, claims coordination, billing reconciliation, and retention. Partners with Producers to develop new business, negotiate coverage and rates, ensure policy accuracy, and address client needs. Provides technical guidance to staff and maintains accurate agency management system records.

Leads workplace accommodation cases from intake through implementation, documentation, follow-up, and closure. Evaluates requests under ADA and related laws, manages medical documentation, coordinates leave requests, recommends accommodations, and partners with HR, Legal, managers, Facilities, vendors, and Employee Relations. Develops procedures, training, templates, reporting, and manager guidance while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring consistent, compliant employee experiences.
