Design and develop conceptual products from concept through production. Create CAD models and production files, build and test prototypes, perform material/process R&D, collaborate with manufacturing, sales, vendors, and maintain engineering documentation and BOMs.

Support engineering and manufacturing activities: create work instructions, design tooling/fixtures, analyze CMM data, review customer docs, assist with QC dispositions, run and post-process metal/plastic 3D prints, and support R&D, assembly, inspection, and testing.

Design and implement electrical and control systems for liquid cooling products: select components, create schematics and wire lists, develop PLC/firmware and HMI, implement PID and other control algorithms, commission and test systems, document designs, and support production and compliance.

Plan and run laboratory testing for material performance, develop test plans and work instructions, ensure data accuracy, perform incoming material inspections (including XRF), conduct MSA on equipment, train testers, coordinate third-party labs, analyze and report results, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Drive sales and business development for semiconductor testing products by developing strategies, identifying new markets, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical demos with R&D, reporting market analysis and forecasts, and representing the company at trade shows. Frequent travel required.

Manage and grow strategic global customer accounts for Boyd's Thermal and Engineered Materials across Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor markets. Develop integrated product solutions, drive sales, build customer relationships, perform market analysis, oversee quotations and project schedules, collaborate with engineering and sales operations, negotiate commercial terms, and use Salesforce to track opportunities. Frequent local and periodic international travel may be required.

Design and validate mass-production tooling and processes, support customers on technical and new-project communication, create process and engineering documents (WI, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow), maintain BOM and routing in IFS, and manage outsourced product quotations, samples, and technical support.

Support engineering by designing tooling and fixtures, generating work instructions, aiding QC dispositions, performing data analysis (including CMM), operating metal and plastic 3D printers and post-processing, reviewing customer documentation, assisting R&D and minor assembly/inspection, and participating in engineering reviews and RCCA.

Perform hands-on engineering support for manufacturing: create work instructions, design tooling/fixtures, analyze CMM data, run metal and plastic 3D printers and post-process parts, assist with inspections, assembly, testing, material tracking, and collaborate with subject matter experts to improve machining, brazing, heat treat, and welding processes.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new customers and expanding existing accounts in manufacturing. Build relationships, develop sales strategies, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage quotations and CRM (Salesforce), and travel (including international) to win business and support project implementation.
