The Brake Performance Engineer develops brake performance, tests vehicle braking systems, refines methodologies, and leads data analysis to ensure optimal brake functionality.

Lead end-to-end design, development, validation, and launch of automotive embedded electronic hardware for seating and interior systems. Translate requirements into hardware architecture, schematics, and PCB designs; perform WCCA, thermal, EMC analysis and verification; troubleshoot and support production launch. Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, mechanical, quality, validation, manufacturing, and customers while providing technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Full-time onsite role.

Design and deliver embedded electronic systems from architecture through PCB layout, bring-up, debug, and verification. Perform hands-on compliance and validation testing of power electronics and inverter products in an ISO/IEC 17025 lab. Execute test plans, collect and analyze large datasets, produce detailed test reports, troubleshoot hardware and failures, support component-level fault testing, and develop Python automation for test execution and reporting.

Perform hands-on testing and validation of vehicle electrical/electronic systems using simulated and lab environments. Execute test scenarios, analyze results, document findings, troubleshoot system issues, maintain test procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and feature performance.

Lead design, development, validation, and release of BIW underbody stampings and assemblies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, review forming simulation reports, apply GD&T, use CAD (NX) and Teamcenter, support design reviews, change management, and manufacturability decisions.

Use CATIA to evaluate mechanical part designs for manufacturability and cost. Collaborate with product and manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows, conduct cost and should-cost analyses, develop and maintain cost plans and KPIs, and prepare cost forecasts and budget proposals throughout vehicle program lifecycles.

The Senior Electrical Integration Engineer will lead integration and industrialization of Compute modules, ensuring quality and manufacturability while collaborating across teams and managing product development lifecycle.

Manage delivery of attribute roadmap milestones for automotive projects by removing blockers, coordinating engineering and test leads, maintaining and improving JIRA structures and sprint cadences, handling cross-functional dependencies, and communicating concise technical updates and recovery plans to leadership to keep projects on schedule.
