The Power Systems Design Engineer is responsible for designing power conversion equipment, conducting testing, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with teams on product specifications and development.

Lead and coordinate a portfolio of projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets. Manage cross-functional teams, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications; produce program status reports, resolve escalated scope issues, and implement improvements to meet customer satisfaction and performance goals.

Perform forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost and financial modeling, and reporting for leadership reviews. Identify trends, recommend cost-reduction and process improvements, create standard and ad-hoc reports, and support procurement/payment efficiency and growth-risk analysis.

Design and validate mechanical products to meet customer specifications, produce drawings and documentation, run verification and qualification testing, support production launch, perform failure analysis, and interact with customers and suppliers.
