Owns the ServiceNow platform’s strategy, governance, architecture, administration, integrations, upgrades, security, and operational performance. Owns database engineering patterns for federal programs, including schema standards, replication, query performance, backups, disaster recovery, security, and zero-downtime migrations. The role operates shared AWS database infrastructure, supports program teams, handles escalations and on-call responsibilities, and advises customers on data residency, retention, encryption, and access. Candidates need deep production database experience, analytics-store expertise, AWS RDS/Aurora experience, FedRAMP exposure, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
