Design, build, and operate core cloud platform components (SSO, access management, networking, CI/CD, observability). Own IaC (Terraform, modules, multi-account governance), AWS landing zones, clusters (ECS/EKS), and developer onboarding. Provide self-service tools, platform abstractions, security guardrails, documentation, and operational standards to enable secure, scalable deployments across distributed teams.

Design, build, and maintain internal AI-powered applications, backend services, APIs, and user-facing tools. Integrate LLMs and cloud services, productionize data science prototypes, improve system reliability, automate workflows, and mentor engineers to establish engineering best practices.

Provide technical support and administration for production, test, and development databases (SQL Server, Oracle). Troubleshoot issues, perform migrations, backups, maintenance, performance monitoring, and ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, maintain documentation, and support on-site and remote operations during night-shift rotation.

Serve as a commodities trading subject-matter business analyst supporting front-office workflows, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, testing/UAT, and system enhancements. Partner with traders, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive solution delivery, production readiness, regulatory compliance, reconciliations, and adoption of trading systems.

Serve as liaison between front-office users, traders, quants, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure and upgrade Murex trading modules, support pricing and market data, create and execute test cases, troubleshoot defects, and provide on-demand front-office support to optimize trading workflows and platform performance.

Administer and govern Google Workspace enterprise collaboration platforms; manage user lifecycle and IAM controls; design REST API and webhook integrations; build automation with Python/Bash/Apps Script; troubleshoot L3 issues; monitor platform health; drive governance and platform improvement with cross-functional teams.
