Provide onsite IT support for Windows 11 and macOS endpoints, manage Intune/JAMF enrollments, administer Office 365/GCC‑High services, troubleshoot networks and security appliances, assist with AWS tasks, perform device migrations, and enforce IT policies for DoD personnel.

Work onsite supporting a DoD client.
