Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate with clients and management while supporting a government customer.

Supports Army customers by creating external data science and technical documentation, maintaining Confluence and Wiki pages, onboarding customers to the platform, and assisting project leads with documentation, tracking, slides, and enablement activities. Coordinates with stakeholders and technical teams, works independently, and contributes to customer-facing knowledge sharing and project management.

Provides administrative and project coordination support for client-facing activities, including meeting coordination, note-taking, onboarding, document and presentation preparation, progress tracking, deadline management, and stakeholder communication. Supports multiple workstreams and operational modernization efforts in a rapidly changing, mission-oriented environment. Requires on-site work at Fort Belvoir, an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.
