Supports Integrated Product Support and supply chain risk management for the Army’s FLRAA acquisition program. Responsibilities include logistics analysis, acquisition documentation, milestone and design review support, risk mitigation, product support strategy validation, logistics deficiency resolution, and regulatory program documentation. Provides onsite administration of Linux hardware, operating systems, applications, and networked lab systems in a DoD embedded environment. The role requires Secret clearance, eligibility for Top Secret, three or more years of related experience, and proficiency with Linux administration, scripting, and Ansible.

Manage program data across MDA systems by establishing data governance, developing Integrated Data Management and Data Handling Plans, supporting data lifecycle (collection, validation, storage, dissemination, archival), ensuring integration and interoperability, defining test data requirements, supporting mission execution and data readiness for BI/AI/ML, performing data analysis to identify gaps, and maintaining metadata and data quality standards.

Provide onsite Linux system and network administration for NAVAIR systems at Patuxent River NAS: install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN, VMware, SAN, and related hardware/software. Implement backups, disaster recovery, and security measures (STIGs/ACAS), support users, and respond to outages. Work requires DoD security compliance and collaboration with program and technical teams.

Develop and customize Oracle E-Business Suite applications, reports, workflows, integrations, and interfaces. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, system administration, upgrades, testing, and documentation. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, support data migration, maintain system performance and integrity, and collaborate with functional teams. Requires strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise, Oracle EBS R12.2.x knowledge, and experience with Oracle development tools, requirements gathering, and solution design.
