Manage feature parity, QA gates, certifications, firmware and OTA deployments, RKI, compliance, merchant integrations, launches, pricing rules, transaction performance, and terminal yield across cross-functional teams.

Govern incident, change, release, and service management processes while improving reliability and operational resilience. Develop Service Catalogue and SLO frameworks, automate manual workflows, and implement self-service and AI-assisted operational tools. Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to reduce risk, improve service continuity, coordinate incident response, and produce executive summaries and post-mortem reports.

Owns the growth, retention, pricing, profitability, and strategic relationships for Flutterwave’s highest-value merchants. The role leads portfolio strategy, merchant acquisition, account expansion, pricing and margin optimization, contract negotiations, regulatory governance, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting. It also manages a high-performing team and partners with executive leadership to drive revenue and commercial outcomes across multiple markets.

Supports MIS reporting, dashboard maintenance, transaction analytics, terminal performance tracking, merchant portfolio segmentation, churn and reactivation analysis, forecasting, and data-quality audits. The Associate, Risk Analytics will develop risk reporting frameworks, analyze datasets, and create fraud detection models to support regulatory compliance in a fintech environment.

The Manager, Fraud Risk will lead the fraud risk team, developing strategies to mitigate financial losses from fraud, implementing risk assessments, and enhancing compliance measures while collaborating with multiple departments.

Partner with 2-3 organizational units to embed governance, track OKRs and strategic initiatives, maintain executive dashboards, surface risks, and drive accountability.
