Independent SaaS business development contractor to generate enterprise pipeline, pitch and close $100k+ Latis SaaS deals across Europe, advise on market trends, and convey sustainability impact to CPG, retail, ingredient supplier, and food service clients.

Responsible for designing and implementing new features, owning architecture, testing and documentation, and improving team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Own the B2B SaaS support queue from first response through Tier 1 and Tier 2 resolution. Triage and escalate issues, manage Intercom workflows, automations, AI-assisted tools, saved replies, and help center content, and handle account administration requests. Analyze ticket patterns, communicate product feedback, maintain SLA and support metrics, improve processes, and coordinate documentation updates.

The Sales Director will drive growth of the Latis platform by identifying and signing new clients, meeting sales quotas, and leveraging knowledge in SaaS and sustainability.
