Lead and execute North America poultry and swine marketing communications: develop integrated multi-channel campaigns, messaging, content, and thought leadership; manage agencies and events; track performance with analytics tools; align MarCom with sales and business objectives to drive engagement, leads, and brand differentiation.

Lead sales and business development for Novus poultry products in assigned geography. Prepare Mitsui reports, monitor global transfer pricing and record adjustments, oversee tax-savings initiatives, support annual financial audit, and ensure compliance with Novus systems and policies while collaborating with global finance and cross-functional teams.

The Sales Manager will manage Novus products sales in Colombia, develop sales plans, coordinate with technical services, and build client relationships.

Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals in the US Midwest territory, managing Novus business, developing partnerships, and collaborating with marketing and technical services.
