General Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support for a site of 60+ employees, including Management, Quality Control, Operations, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
. Provide cross-functional administrative support as needed. Liaise with other world area admins and functions to ensure seamless delivery of services across the board.
. Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
. Coordinate and support site-wide wellness initiatives and year-round health campaigns in partnership with the Plant Director and Corporate HR, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
. Coordinate all off-site employee testing requirements, such as plant physicals, respirator fit testing, hearing tests, and scheduling for Industrial Hygiene–related assessments.
. Assist with employee training logistics, company training, and annual safety-related training sessions, ensuring proper scheduling and documentation support.
. Lead planning and logistics for all facility visits, including corporate teams and customer groups, maintaining relationships with local hotels, transportation providers, and catering vendors to ensure a professional visitor experience.
. Provide administrative support for invoice processing, collaborating with Accounts Payable and local teams to ensure timely submission and tracking.
. Manage office and warehouse supply needs, including ordering materials, maintaining inventory, and coordinating any furniture or workspace requirements.
. Maintain a Notary Public commission and provide notary services for site needs.
Knowledge/Skills and Experience
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and email communications effectively.
. Experience with SAP is preferred, particularly in data entry, reporting, and workflow coordination.
. Background in administrative support roles, ideally within environments that involve collaboration with larger teams and frequent interaction with visitors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is strongly preferred, demonstrating a solid track record of reliability, professionalism, and organizational skills.

Cross-Functional Relationships
This role interacts with all departments and functions in the Arkansas Plant and Warehouse, as well as external functions and departments outside Little Rock, like Quality Control, HR Business Partner, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and more.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with arms or hands, climb stairs, write & type.
- Ability to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must have depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision.
