Own and evolve the platform-as-product used by engineering teams: improve reliability and observability, build test infrastructure and CI/CD tooling, optimize infrastructure cost and strategy, maintain infrastructure-side compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA), and serve as first-response for platform on-call incidents.

Drive new enterprise sales into large healthcare providers and digital health groups. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, engage C-suite and IT stakeholders, manage long sales cycles, negotiate contracts, close complex deals, and maintain pipeline/forecasting in Salesforce. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful implementations.

Support Enterprise Customer Success team by preparing client materials, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, analyzing customer data to surface insights, participating in client calls and QBRs, and improving CS processes. Use Excel and Metabase to monitor account health and drive progression toward independent account ownership within 12–24 months.
