Lead and execute detailed process engineering for oil & gas projects: conceptual, FEED, and detailed design; prepare calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, simulations, and reports; lead discipline teams, coordinate across disciplines, manage deliverables, support procurement and audits, and participate in HAZOP/HAZID safety studies.

Lead process safety engineering for LNG and low-carbon fuel projects: define safety basis, run HAZID/HAZOP/QRA and consequence modelling, integrate outcomes into design, develop fire & gas philosophies, support environmental assessments, and represent process safety in client and regulatory engagements.

Improve construction execution by reviewing designs, managing RFIs and site engineering support, supervising document control, preparing construction aids, planning daily/weekly work using Work Face Planning, coordinating material and inspections, and capturing lessons learned.

Manage China-focused procurement and subcontracting for global projects: execute Chinese purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, resolve claims and performance issues, support logistics and commercial documentation, ensure compliance and audits, coordinate with internal stakeholders, identify sourcing opportunities, and establish scalable supply chain processes for the growing China organization.

Manage subcontracting activities for projects including solicitation and evaluation of bids, contract administration, change management, cost forecasting, risk monitoring, and reporting. Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual and HSE requirements, support sourcing strategy, and escalate issues to subcontract leadership.

Lead development and enforcement of QHSES management system for Electrical & Instrumentation scope. Drive quality initiatives, perform internal/external audits, manage document control, analyze KPIs and trends, lead RCA, train staff, and support project quality activities and bids.
