Manage China-focused procurement and subcontracting for global projects: execute Chinese purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, resolve claims and performance issues, support logistics and commercial documentation, ensure compliance and audits, coordinate with internal stakeholders, identify sourcing opportunities, and establish scalable supply chain processes for the growing China organization.

Manage heavy executive calendars and complex meetings, arrange domestic and international travel and expenses, maintain manual and electronic filing, process administrative requests (timesheets, vacation, supplies), proofread correspondence, liaise with service providers, upload SOPs, and support team projects and office procedures.

Lead project controls for EPCI projects by developing cost control strategies, maintaining schedules and forecasts, monitoring expenditures, performing variance analyses, implementing reporting tools, and managing a team to ensure budgetary and schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead project controls for a large EPCI construction project, overseeing planning, cost control, schedule integrity, EVM-based forecasting, reporting, risk/change management, and team development. Collaborate with construction, engineering, procurement, and vendors to validate field progress, drive productivity improvements, perform variance analyses, and support decision-making to keep projects on budget and schedule.
