Lead and grow Boxabl's sales organization by developing strategy, coaching the team, owning the sales cycle, managing key client relationships, optimizing sales operations, conducting market research, producing forecasts and ensuring legal, tax, and financial compliance to meet revenue targets.

Lead and manage the legal function across business units, provide counsel on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate complex contracts, oversee litigation and external counsel, implement compliance and risk mitigation, support M&A and corporate governance, and mentor internal teams.

Lead accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, design and enforce internal controls (SOX), manage financial reporting and reconciliations, oversee SEC reporting and IPO-related activities, support M&A due diligence and ERP integration, and supervise the accounting team.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; maintain ATS records; track recruiting metrics; support onboarding, compliance, background checks, and employer branding; participate in hiring events and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound freight, inventory control, ERP/MRP and WMS optimization, supplier management, freight negotiations, production scheduling, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Lead research, prototyping, and feasibility studies to develop novel materials and technologies. Design and run experiments, build iterative prototypes, analyze results, and transition successful concepts to producible designs while documenting findings and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead BOXABL's inorganic growth: source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute M&A, JVs, and strategic investments. Advise the CFO on corporate strategy, build deal pipeline, manage financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration. Develop strategic partnerships, support capital markets and investor engagement, present to executive leadership and Board, and lead cross-functional initiatives to realize value.

Develop and execute B2G sales strategy to win government contracts for modular and affordable housing. Identify opportunities, build relationships with government stakeholders and prime contractors, coordinate proposal development, manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM and forecasts, represent the company at industry events, and ensure procurement and compliance requirements are met.
