Lead end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement for application support, platform operations, and managed services. Ensure SLA/OLA/KPI performance, run major incident management, enforce ITIL processes, drive automation to reduce MTTR, produce executive reporting, and manage a multi-tier global team while serving as primary delivery interface to clients and stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery for 2-4 strategic, AI-native product areas—translating strategy into epics, prioritizing backlogs, embedding AI practices, contributing hands-on to prototypes, debugging, CI/CD and observability, and driving measurable improvements in cycle time and product ROI.

Lead outbound pipeline creation within an assigned insurance vertical through multi-channel personalized outreach, multi-threading accounts, qualifying opportunities in Salesforce, refining segment playbooks, partnering with Sales Executives, and using sales technology and AI tools to drive meeting-to-opportunity conversions and continuous improvement.
