Manages end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, including semi-monthly payrolls, equity compensation, commissions, travel expenses, payroll accounting, reconciliations, compliance, SOX controls, system configuration, audits, and policy development. Build relationships with emergency, ICU, neurology, and administrative stakeholders; educate customers on Ceribell’s EEG technology; develop clinical champions; manage pipelines; conduct discovery; cold call; sell to executives; negotiate contracts; and achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance.

Leads product strategy for software, hardware, and UI products in medical technology. Identifies and validates market opportunities, develops business cases including pricing and margins, defines product roadmaps, and drives cross-functional execution through launch. Partners with executives, Product Design, R&D, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs while serving as the strategic voice of the customer. Engages customers and industry stakeholders through regular travel.
