Collaborate with cloud, storage, and hybrid cloud teams while using infrastructure-as-code and programming languages to improve reliability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.

Designs and develops infrastructure automation solutions using NetBox, OpenStack, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role requires extensive software development, systems architecture, open-source framework, and technical leadership experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Leads privacy, cybersecurity, data breach, technology, commercial, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. Directs privacy and cyber-related investigations, incident response coordination, regulatory inquiries, discovery, outside counsel, litigation strategy, and risk assessments. Advises senior leadership and cross-functional business, technology, information security, compliance, and finance stakeholders on legal exposure and business impact.

Leads GEICO Marketing’s AI, data, and MarTech technical program portfolio. Builds agile delivery models, structures ambiguous initiatives, designs teams and decision rights, manages dependencies and roadmaps, and maintains momentum across cross-functional programs. Partners with systems design and technology teams without owning architecture, establishes lightweight governance, and provides executive reporting on milestones, risks, and portfolio health. The role also drives adoption of new tools and AI-enabled program management practices.

Defends New York PIP arbitrations and lawsuits, researches applicable law, prepares briefs and memoranda, evaluates coverage and medical issues, handles examinations under oath, and represents GEICO in trials, hearings, and depositions. Provides legal opinions to Claims and manages assigned matters while maintaining professional documentation, resolving conflicts, and meeting New York licensing and CLE requirements.

Defends lawsuits in Texas courts and handles first-party insurance defense matters. Responsibilities include researching laws, preparing briefs and legal memoranda, advising Claims on liability and damages, managing pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, examinations under oath, trials, and dispositive hearings. The role requires Texas Bar admission, a Juris Doctor, substantial insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience, strong legal writing, organization, conflict resolution, and travel for legal proceedings and business meetings.
