Maintain core accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and period close activities. Partners with customers to develop business-driven security solutions, address regulatory challenges, and maintain protection against evolving cyber threats.

Design and scale data infrastructure for agentic AI, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and automated data-quality guardrails. Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and CI/CD infrastructure while resolving source-data issues and protecting against noise, bias, and PII. The role also requires expertise with ELK, Python, relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Designs and reviews information technology solutions and business processes to meet cybersecurity, regulatory, risk, assurance, and compliance requirements. Maintains audit readiness through reviews and testing, assesses emerging risks and vulnerabilities, defines security assurance processes, and ensures security architectures meet business needs. Prioritizes vulnerabilities across systems, networks, applications, and processes for remediation or mitigation.

Conduct cybersecurity assurance and risk assessments, assess global threats and adversary tactics, support vulnerability management, penetration testing, audit compliance, and customer audit readiness. Apply frameworks such as NIST, RMF, ISO, and Common Criteria while advising on risk mitigation, regulatory requirements, and evolving cybersecurity threats.

Provides client-facing deskside IT support for executive and general end users. Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating systems, applications, system images, upgrades, and device deployments both onsite and remotely. Collaborates with internal teams and partners, identifies modernization and automation opportunities, presents improvement ideas, and meets XLA and SLA targets.

Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. Administer Teams policies, meetings, calling, telephony, resource accounts, and Direct Routing voice solutions. Troubleshoot desktop, voice, video, and collaboration issues; monitor service health and call quality; support migrations and adoption projects; create documentation and training materials; perform installations and infrastructure coordination; and ensure compliance with security and privacy policies.

Lead security operations and SIEM activities, including threat hunting, security monitoring, incident response, and investigation of advanced cyber threats. Analyze network, host, and cloud security data, identify indicators of compromise, and support containment and recovery. Apply threat intelligence, EDR, NDR, cloud security monitoring, Zero Trust, and advanced analytics to improve cyber defense and resiliency, potentially within a managed services environment.
