Partner with sales and cross-functional teams, support M&A integrations, manage risk and compliance, drive process improvements and enablement, and report commercial trends to influence strategy.

Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive inbound and outbound lead generation. Build and maintain playbooks, KPIs, scripts, and templates. Partner with sales, enablement, HR for recruiting and training. Sell Delinea's identity security platform into enterprise accounts ($1B+), build territory plans, prospect and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, meet sales targets, maintain pipeline forecasts, engage technical experts and channel partners, and travel ~30–40% within the territory.

Own and grow a portfolio of large public sector enterprise accounts, driving full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. Build multi-threaded relationships with execs and technical buyers, lead complex negotiations, forecast and manage pipeline to quota, partner cross-functionally to structure deals, mentor junior reps, and maintain CRM hygiene while representing customer needs internally.
