Identify and engage decision-makers at mid-market and growth-stage companies across EMEA or North America. Conduct outbound prospecting through email, cold calls, and LinkedIn; create personalized sequences; schedule meetings for Account Executives; uncover customer pain points; collaborate on account strategies; meet outreach and pipeline targets; and maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot.

Deploy and optimize AI agents for enterprise customers by leading discovery, designing workflows, building integrations, engineering prompts, and shipping production code. The role includes developing data pipelines, debugging live systems, advising customer stakeholders, supporting pre-sales proofs of concept, and translating field insights into product improvements and reusable implementation playbooks.

Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for expansion revenue across top mid-market and enterprise customers. Hire, coach, and develop the team; establish account-planning discipline; drive adoption of AI capabilities; build executive relationships; manage forecasting and pipeline inspection; and partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. The role also directly supports complex expansion opportunities and helps create the team’s evolving playbook.

Own expansion revenue across a named book of strategic enterprise accounts, driving adoption of Nitro and other Rocketlane products. Develop account plans, identify and close upsell opportunities, build executive relationships, maintain expansion pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive value-based growth.

Lead and scale Customer Success across the APAC region: build and manage teams, drive retention and expansion, develop regional strategy, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure customer health and growth.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations ($200K–$1M+), manage 3–5 concurrent accounts, lead technical solution design and integrations, drive executive relationships and governance, mitigate risks, manage budgets and scope, mentor delivery teams, and ensure successful go-live and handoff to Customer Success.

Lead technical solution design and run workshops to translate business needs into scalable integrations and migration strategies. Build custom integrations between Rocketlane and enterprise systems, use REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, iPaaS tools, Postman, and AI-assisted scripting to automate tasks. Partner with customers, product, and engineering, draft SOWs, and consult on advanced use cases to ensure smooth onboarding and data transitions.

Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations connecting customer systems to Rocketlane. Model and clean messy data, write Python scripts, work with REST APIs and LLMs, debug integrations, join customer discovery calls, and feed recurring learnings back into product and reusable templates.

Own end-to-end subscription lifecycle in Chargebee, manage billing, tax integration (Avalara), AR and collections, reconcile payments, produce MRR/ARR and AR reporting, and partner with Sales/CS to resolve billing issues.

Lead and scale global demand generation across paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound channels. Manage a team of demand gen managers, align with Sales and Product Marketing, optimize budget and attribution, build scalable campaign frameworks, and report on pipeline and CAC to hit revenue targets.
