Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for driveline components; implement lean practices; conduct time and capability studies; specify and commission equipment; create SOPs and provide training; lead continuous improvement and maintenance programs to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce cost.

Manage site tooling per Dauch standards: optimize processes and costs, evaluate cutting tool technologies, support CNC machining, maintain tooling documentation (PFET, tooling drawings using AutoCAD), oversee presetting and tooling inventory, troubleshoot machining issues, and quote tooling costs for new jobs while driving continuous improvement.

Support design, test, install, and maintain manufacturing control systems. Evaluate components and technologies, verify safety compliance via test procedures, review electrical drawings, troubleshoot equipment, perform audits and preventive maintenance, maintain project documentation, and provide engineering support to manufacturing and process teams.

Lead site indirect procurement and general stores teams, enforce global/local procurement processes, manage suppliers and contracts, drive cost-savings and KPIs, oversee training and team development, and coordinate commodity strategies with stakeholders.

The Controls Engineer leads the development and deployment of manufacturing control technologies, improving processes through analysis and solutions, mentoring juniors, and collaborating across engineering teams.

Lead the Finance Integration Management Office for M&A integrations, reorganizations, and finance transformation. Establish integration governance, master plans, milestones, and reporting.
