Collaborate with AI and governance teams, document integrations, and ensure secure, reliable, auditable agentic workflows.

Provide HR support across onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS/data management, employee relations, compliance, and HR programs. Serve as a resource to employees and leaders, facilitate new-hire orientation, and support continuous improvement of HR processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Support lease and equipment accounting by coordinating with real estate, operations, and vendors; maintain lease accounting software and reconcile monthly financial statement balances; update cash forecast models; monitor debt covenant compliance and other financial reporting responsibilities.

Lead the hospital HR function to reduce turnover, boost engagement, and ensure policy compliance. Partner with leaders on recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and personnel/medical record management. Advise managers on performance and conduct, develop retention strategies, and manage multiple HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
