Supports daily office operations at Illumio’s Sunnyvale headquarters by welcoming employees, visitors, and vendors; managing check-in, badging, deliveries, amenities, vendors, workplace logistics, security protocols, reporting, and expense tracking. The coordinator partners with Workplace, IT, and Security teams to maintain an organized, secure, and professional office environment. Define and optimize the product-led growth web trial and marketplace experience. Map prospect journeys, drive trial-focused launches, create sales enablement and product assets, gather market and competitive intelligence, and partner with demand generation, product, sales, and cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-value and adoption.

Support design and production of brand and marketing assets across campaigns, web, social, and internal channels. Drive People Systems and Analytics roadmap for Workday and Microsoft Fabric; build dashboards and actionable insights for workforce planning; establish data governance and audit readiness; manage compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, SOX); lead cross-functional system rollouts, user enablement, and continuous process improvement across HRIS and connected tools.
