Develop, test, and maintain browser-based software features across the SDLC. Work independently on .NET Core backend and modern frontend (Angular preferred), build RESTful APIs, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in code reviews, team rituals, cross-team knowledge sharing, and collaborate with product development teams.

Implement MRI occupier property management software for APAC clients: gather requirements, design solutions, configure/test/train/deploy, produce documentation and training, advise on lease/property best practices, manage project timelines/risks, and support client-facing workshops and training delivery.

Lead design and delivery of multi-agent orchestration and RAG systems on the Agora Orchestrator platform. Architect MCP servers, deploy agents on Azure Foundry and Functions, build agent evaluation and observability stacks, set engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as primary technical contact for B2B payments clients: troubleshoot integrations (APIs, SFTP, flat files), resolve transaction failures, manage portfolio configurations, handle chargebacks/ACH returns, ensure PCI/NACHA/AML/KYB compliance, coordinate onboarding and data handoffs, monitor system performance, and communicate with clients via ticketing and phone.

Execute and optimize paid digital and ABM campaigns (LinkedIn, programmatic, 6sense). Own end-to-end campaign setup, QA, targeting, and performance analysis. Improve workflows, maintain account hygiene, mentor junior coordinators, and liaise with regional marketing teams to align activity to account and pipeline goals.
