Key responsibilities:

  • Domain understanding and client advisory:
    • Develop an understanding of client operating models, processes, and challenges.
    • Provide practical guidance on how software solutions can support business outcomes and improve service delivery.
  • Solution design and configuration:
    • Work closely with clients to design solutions that align to their workflows and operational needs.
    • Configure and tailor software to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Implementation and integration:
    • Lead the implementation and integration of software solutions, ensuring smooth adoption within client organisations.
    • Provide hands-on guidance and practical support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Training and documentation:
    • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for end users and client teams.
    • Produce clear, structured documentation to support adoption, ongoing use, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a consulting, implementation, or client-facing role within enterprise or finance software environments; or equivalent hands-on experience working within finance or accounting operations.
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to understand client finance requirements and translate these into practical, configurable software solutions.
  • Strong functional and technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
  • Organised and methodical, with a pragmatic and commercially aware approach to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability and willingness to develop deeper knowledge of client-specific regulatory or industry contexts where required.
