Manage inside sales and marketing for the Austin practice: prospect and research targets, set meetings, run email and social campaigns, support proposal/RFP responses, maintain contact database, assist client managers, attend local networking events, and develop relationships with referral partners to drive business growth and pipeline.

Support industry-specific solutions across supply chain, project-based services, field service, and subscription/software environments.

Serve as a strategic financial partner delivering interim and project-based controller services: manage accounting operations, optimize finance functions, implement internal controls, lead budgeting/forecasting, and collaborate with executive teams, investors, and advisors to support growth and scalability.

Lead finance transformation engagements for emerging and growth-stage companies: oversee accounting operations, manage teams, implement reporting, forecasting, controls, produce financial models and investor materials, and partner with executives to scale finance functions for growth and exit readiness.

Manage client accounting engagements including reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, and M&A data integration. Build client relationships, coordinate delivery with internal teams, provide status updates and GAAP research, and adapt to varied client environments.

Provide senior finance leadership to mid-market clients: oversee accounting operations, implement technical accounting and SEC reporting, design SOX controls, lead ERP/NetSuite implementations, improve financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, manage finance teams, and partner with CEOs, executive teams, investors and bankers to support growth and transformation.
