We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager Consultant who wants to join an amazing team of talented Consultants, tasked with supporting our clients for a wide range of interim and project-based Finance needs. Our clients consist of a variety of small to mid-sized companies based in the Austin area with the possibility of some travel. Our professional Consultants provide services onsite at the client’s location and function as part of their teams throughout the duration of each project.

Job Requirements3 - 5 years of industry experience as a Financial Analyst and/or Finance Manager
Proven ability to develop effective financial models for multiple growth scenarios that would include the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections
Proven ability to analyze monthly financial results
Develop monthly and annual reporting packages
Act as a liaison between Finance team, department heads, and executives to help clients understand variances in budget
Monitor and report on key metrics
Use modeling tools to generate financial reports, income statements, trend analysis, and forecasts
Identify prospective mergers and acquisitions and perform the associated analysis and due diligence
Advanced Excel skills (all candidates will be asked to submit an example of a financial statement forecast and cash flow model before in-person interviews are scheduled)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Skills Required
- 3–5 years of industry experience as a Financial Analyst and/or Finance Manager

- Ability to communicate financial variances and liaise with finance teams, department heads, and executives
- Ability to monitor and report on key metrics
- Experience using modeling tools to generate financial reports, income statements, trend analyses, and forecasts
- Experience identifying prospective mergers and acquisitions and performing related analysis and due diligence
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including submission of a financial statement forecast and cash flow model
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
