Integrate hardware, peripherals, communication protocols, and vendor SDKs; build Python-based HIL testing; support functional safety analyses, audits, compliance, CI pipelines, tooling, and cross-functional engineering efforts. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Leads software QA strategy and execution across integration, functional, workflow, regression, API, load, and resiliency testing. Validates distributed systems in simulation, virtualization, and hardware-in-the-loop environments; triages defects across services and infrastructure; partners with engineering, automation, and product teams on release readiness; mentors peers; and improves test automation, tooling, playbooks, and quality practices.

Design, develop, test, and deliver control algorithms and software for autonomous mobile robots performing navigation, localization, manipulation, and case handling. Collaborate with robotics, software, product, and engineering teams; troubleshoot production issues; improve reliability, testability, and system performance; and support successful customer deployments.

Conduct resonance, concept validation, and usability testing for robotics interfaces and software. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data through interviews, surveys, and observations, then translate findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to improve user experiences, advocate for user-centered design, and support intuitive supply chain automation products.

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies for robotics and automation systems. Lead design-for-manufacturability analysis, manufacturing readiness reviews, and new product transfers into production. Manage tooling and capital investments, perform FEA and tolerance analysis, troubleshoot design challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, quality engineering, project management, and external manufacturing teams to improve scalability, reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Design and review PCB layouts, manage Altium Designer tools and libraries, integrate designs with PLM systems, and establish PCB standards. Lead component strategy, qualification, lifecycle management, cost reduction, alternate-part validation, and supply-chain resilience. Support legacy design migration and cross-functional engineering teams while applying signal integrity, power distribution, EMC, and manufacturing principles.

Owns Workday integrations and reporting, including EIBs, Core Connectors, vendor feeds, custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and external providers to maintain reliable data exchange. Troubleshoots integration issues, supports releases and testing, resolves ServiceNow requests, and strengthens data governance, documentation, audit readiness, and system scalability. Provides guidance and training to HR stakeholders.
