Sell WeTravel's booking and payments platform to multi-day and group tour operators in APAC. Own full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, closing, and handoff to onboarding. Hit sales targets, provide product feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requires outbound outreach and occasional travel for client visits.

Manage new customer onboarding by migrating trip content, building trips, training customers, and coordinating with Sales, Account Management, and Product. Own multiple onboarding projects, identify and resolve pain points, deliver personalized trainings, and perform occasional on-site setup visits to ensure clients are successfully using the WeTravel platform.

Manage and nurture LATAM client relationships for a travel SaaS platform, provide proactive support, resolve issues, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales/Support/Product, and drive long-term client satisfaction.

Lead platform infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience. Architect and manage AWS and IaC (Terraform), build SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, observability), improve CI/CD and internal developer tooling, oversee IT operations and security/compliance, and define the platform roadmap alongside engineering leadership.
