The Project Coordinator manages low-complexity customer projects from intake to closeout, ensures documentation and scheduling efficiency, and supports project transitions and delivery processes.

Manage IaaS Development, Integration, and Sustainment projects for the Navy Thor program: plan, coordinate, and drive projects to completion; oversee team leads, subcontractors, and stakeholders; design project plans and milestones; handle administrative tasks, onboarding/offboarding, timecards, and support contract/subcontract coordination.

The Account Executive will develop sales strategies, manage a dedicated territory, build relationships, and drive revenue for IT solutions.

Manage OEM renewal opportunities from identification through quoting and close. Maintain CRM and a 120-day renewal forecast, coordinate with OEMs and account teams, build quotes per OEM programs, track special pricing, and support revenue retention and renewal process improvements.

Serve as strategic HR partner for Managed Services: support employee lifecycle, advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, investigations, terminations, workforce planning, and compliance; analyze HR metrics and partner with talent acquisition and legal.

Provide on-site and remote network deployment, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls. Support network security protocols, create configuration documentation, assist Professional Services during installs and national projects, deliver end-user training, and help automate delivery methodologies. Maintain required certifications and support managed services customers. Frequent travel required.
