The Account Executive will develop sales strategies, manage a dedicated territory, build relationships, and drive revenue for IT solutions.

Manage and nurture the marketing lead funnel to qualify prospects, run demand generation campaigns (emails, content, social, ads), engage leads via phone/email, generate sales-ready meetings, maintain CRM records, develop lists, write campaign content, collaborate with sales, and perform related administrative tasks.

Generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo). Qualify leads, set meetings for Account Executives, hit monthly quotas, collaborate with sales and marketing, and manage inbound leads and pipeline.

Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructure including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Nutanix, Azure/AWS, backup/disaster recovery, and endpoint management. Monitor performance, implement security controls, support incident/change management, provide Tier II/III escalation, create documentation, assist with automation and on-call/after-hours support, and collaborate with engineering, security, and service desk teams to ensure availability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Manage negotiation and administration of government service contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements. Advise program teams on FAR/DFARS compliance, interface with customers, train staff on contractual obligations, and support contract performance and modifications.

Serve as strategic HR partner for Managed Services: support employee lifecycle, advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, investigations, terminations, workforce planning, and compliance; analyze HR metrics and partner with talent acquisition and legal.

Provide on-site and remote network deployment, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls. Support network security protocols, create configuration documentation, assist Professional Services during installs and national projects, deliver end-user training, and help automate delivery methodologies. Maintain required certifications and support managed services customers. Frequent travel required.
