Lead Glean’s API, SDK, and MCP strategy for developers, customers, and partners. Own API design, versioning, authentication, onboarding, error handling, rate limiting, webhooks, documentation, integrations, and developer experience. Write sample code, analyze support patterns, define adoption and usability metrics, establish API requirements, and collaborate with engineering and enterprise partners to deliver scalable, reliable platform products.

Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of Glean’s public APIs, SDKs, and MCP capabilities for developers, customers, and partners. Own the end-to-end developer experience, including authentication, onboarding, documentation, error handling, versioning, webhooks, and rate limiting. Build sample integrations, analyze developer feedback and support patterns, define adoption and usability metrics, establish API requirements, and collaborate with engineering and enterprise partners to deliver reliable platform products.

Own technical success for strategic partners by leading onboarding, workshops, enablement, production deployments, and scaled delivery. Build AI and agent-based solutions, integrations, connectors, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable technical assets. Develop partner capabilities, support complex implementations, troubleshoot production systems, provide product feedback, and establish repeatable services practices. The role is hybrid in San Francisco with 25%–50% travel.

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns that generate leads, grow pipeline, and influence revenue. Manage webinars, lead nurturing, paid programs, direct mail, referrals, and demo programs from planning through reporting. Partner with sales, BDRs, product marketing, content, and creative teams to optimize campaigns, messaging, workflows, and conversion rates using data and analytics.

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the COO, including complex calendar and travel management, expenses, meeting preparation, communications, executive materials, onsite logistics, and confidential information handling. Serve as a trusted strategic partner by managing priorities, improving workflows, coordinating across teams, and building systems that help the COO organization scale effectively.

Develop and execute multichannel demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, grow pipeline, and influence revenue. Manage webinars, sales alignment, messaging, landing pages, budgets, timelines, campaign operations, analytics, optimization, and post-campaign reporting. The role requires close collaboration with sales, BDRs, product marketing, content, creative, and partner teams in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Serve as a technical advisor to UK&I sales teams, partners, and customers. Demonstrate Glean, explain platform architecture, connect enterprise systems, and scope and execute pilots and Proof of Value exercises. Train customers and partners, present at industry events, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and support the technical success of sales opportunities.

Own go-to-market strategy and product marketing for Glean Intelligence, including models, Model Hub, evaluations, and AI platform capabilities. Translate complex AI architecture and technical tradeoffs into positioning, launches, customer narratives, thought leadership, technical content, and field enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, Customer Success, Communications, and partners while establishing Glean as a leader in reliable enterprise AI.

Own go-to-market strategy and product marketing for Glean Intelligence, translating AI infrastructure, models, evaluations, and agent capabilities into positioning, launches, technical content, customer education, and sales enablement. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, and Communications to establish Glean as a leader in reliable enterprise AI, clarify Model Hub value, communicate technical tradeoffs, and drive adoption of new platform capabilities.

Own product roadmap development for Glean’s enterprise AI assistant and knowledge-management products. Partner closely with customers to understand their needs, prioritize customer-focused initiatives, align Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams, and drive efficient execution. Establish scalable product processes during rapid growth while providing direction, context, and alignment to the product team.
