The Private Equity Investor Services Supervisor will manage client interactions, supervise a team, and oversee day-to-day operations and performance in a Private Equity environment.

Lead client onboarding and platform implementation for public markets fund accounting. Design/configure systems, handle data conversions and integrations, perform gap analyses, support technical sales, and deliver Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric based solutions while collaborating with vendors and operations.

Perform custodial and prime broker reconciliations for alternative funds, mutual funds, and ETFs. Coordinate with Account Administration, Trade Settlement, Client Service, and tech/vendor support to resolve discrepancies, manage account openings/closings, and maintain process documentation. Provide timely, accurate deliverables while supporting client communication and continuous process improvement.
