As an Operations Analyst in the Reconciliation team, you will ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts, liaising with internal teams, managing pricing details, and maintaining documentation. You are expected to develop solutions and support clients through effective communication while delivering high-quality service.

Manage a financial reporting team responsible for preparation and review of audited annual and interim financial statements for funds and companies across jurisdictions and accounting frameworks. Provide production and development systems support for trading, portfolio management, and reconciliation applications. Perform version upgrades, client implementations and conversions, break/fix troubleshooting, disaster recovery testing, release and deployment ownership, root cause analysis, database and server administration, cross-functional coordination, and participate in on-call rotation.

Manage and grow relationships with independent financial advisor firms in a defined territory. Support acquisition, onboarding, activation, account management, retention, and share-of-wallet expansion via virtual and in-person outreach. Coordinate with senior Business Development, Sales, Solutions and Service teams to execute territory strategy and drive sales using SEI’s custody, technology, and asset management solutions.

The specialist will manage proposal projects, ensure timely and high-quality responses, collaborate with teams, leverage AI solutions, and build departmental relationships for project success.

Lead new business development and revenue generation for OCIO and institutional investment solutions; originate and close large mandates, manage complex sales processes and RFPs, build C-suite and board relationships, mentor and coach a sales team, set sales strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to position SEI's capabilities and represent the firm externally.
