Leads end-to-end technology projects and product initiatives for electronic fixed-income trading platforms. Responsibilities include defining requirements, managing stakeholders, timelines, risks, governance, testing, implementation, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with developers, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, product, business, and client teams to enhance trading systems, workflows, algorithms, and user experiences while supporting adoption and regulatory obligations.

Lead the firms data risk management function: design and implement enterprise data risk frameworks, enforce controls across data lifecycles, oversee AI/ML model-data risks, map and mitigate risky data flows, drive incident RCA and remediation, and embed data risk into firm governance across technology, operational, and model risk domains.

Build institutional investor relationships, expand existing accounts, develop new business, manage the sales pipeline, educate clients on electronic trading solutions, and close opportunities across fixed income, derivatives, and equities. Partner with regional and global teams on sales strategy, client workflows, market intelligence, and product adoption. Frequent travel across the Middle East is required.

Lead sales growth across Japan by developing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, building the sales pipeline, presenting Tradeweb solutions, and executing sales strategy across fixed income, derivatives, credit, and equities. Partner with client services, product management, and global teams while monitoring market and competitor developments to identify commercial opportunities.

Support daily securities reference data operations including onboarding, validation, maintenance, reconciliations, and issue investigations. Collaborate with technology, product, operations, and vendors to ensure data quality, execute integrations and testing, and drive automation and process improvements using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.

Design and build AI-powered tools to accelerate incident detection, triage, root-cause analysis, and automation for Credit trading production. Partner with support, development, and AI teams to embed AI into workflows, maintain high availability, analyze logs/metrics, and measure reductions in MTTR and operational toil.

Develop data-driven insights, predictive models, and analytical tools for U.S. Rates trading. Build dashboards and applications, leverage AI/agentic tools and ML techniques, partner with product and sales, and identify revenue-generating data products to drive strategy and improve client outcomes.

Lead and mature enterprise threat intelligence and vulnerability management programs. Monitor global threats, manage TIP/SIEM/SOAR integrations, run risk-based vulnerability assessments, drive remediation with infrastructure teams, automate workflows, and produce executive-level reports on risk and remediation status.

Lead security architecture for product lines, perform end-to-end security reviews, drive secure design adoption, prioritize and support remediation of vulnerabilities, develop security blueprints, and liaise with risk, compliance, auditors, regulators, and clients.
