Manages Agile backlogs, resources, dependencies, risks, defects, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Develops executive dashboards and metrics using Power BI, ensures testing governance, audit readiness, traceability, and compliance, and drives process improvements through automation and standardization. Presents updates to senior leadership and influences outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Develop and maintain Snowflake database objects, SQL scripts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data transformation workflows. Support query optimization, application enhancements, production releases, incident resolution, testing, data validation, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA engineers, and developers in an Agile environment while maintaining documentation and coding standards.

Coordinate and execute software deployments across production and pre-production environments, including normal and emergency releases. Validate deployment readiness, approvals, testing, rollback plans, and audit evidence. Support incident response, troubleshooting, recovery, post-implementation reviews, root cause analysis, and operational risk assessments. Maintain documentation, mentor team members, contribute to release modernization, and increase automation and AI adoption while minimizing operational impact.

Leads enterprise release management operations, governance, audit readiness, cloud and platform modernization, and AI transformation initiatives. Oversees global teams, release execution across cloud and mainframe environments, ServiceNow and ChangeMan capabilities, CI/CD integration, automation, vendor management, compliance, and operational metrics. Partners with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to improve release quality, delivery speed, resilience, and governance while developing team talent and transformation roadmaps.

Leads enterprise release and change management operations, governance, audit readiness, cloud modernization, and AI transformation initiatives. Oversees global teams, vendors, staffing, and strategic roadmaps while improving release quality, compliance, automation, deployment velocity, and operational resilience. Partners with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to implement AI-enabled release intelligence, predictive risk assessment, automated workflows, CI/CD governance, ServiceNow improvements, and Mainframe ChangeMan modernization.

Lead Agile delivery for ServiceNow governance and compliance initiatives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage bi-weekly sprints and backlogs, track dependencies and impediments, coordinate stakeholders, maintain Jira documentation and audit trails, and drive Agile process improvements in a regulated financial services environment.
