You will be part of the Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering (EPPE) organization, responsible for providing centralized, independent infrastructure testing and quality assurance services. This role focuses on driving infrastructure testing delivery, governance, and coordination across projects, ensuring improved system stability, compliance, and release readiness.

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will act as a delivery lead/project coordinator for infrastructure testing, managing backlog execution, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Testing Delivery & Coordination

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure testing delivery across multiple concurrent programs and releases
• Coordinate testing activities aligned with application and infrastructure release plans
• Act as the primary liaison between Infrastructure Engineering, Application Teams, and Test teams
• Ensure test readiness across environments (build validation, baseline validation, integration readiness)
• Track and manage dependencies, risks, and testing milestones

Agile Delivery & Work Management

• Drive JIRA-based Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Manage and monitor story progress, defect tracking, and test execution status
• Ensure clear definition of acceptance criteria, test scope, and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates
• Optimize workflow efficiency and reduce delivery bottlenecks

Resource Planning & Workload Management

• Plan and allocate resources based on priority, complexity, and delivery timelines
• Monitor utilization across onshore/offshore teams
• Balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives
• Identify capacity gaps and escalate proactively

Metrics, Reporting & Leadership Communication

• Prepare executive-level dashboards, metrics, and status reports
• Provide insights on: 
  • Test coverage
  • Automation progress
  • Defects and quality trends
  • Delivery risks and timelines
• Present program updates to Director-level and senior stakeholders
• Drive data-driven decision-making using tools such as Power BI / dashboards

Process, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure adherence to EPPE testing standards, governance, and audit requirements
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements through automation and standardization
• Implement controls for traceability, test coverage, and compliance validation
• Support audit readiness and documentation standards

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Product Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Application Development teams
• Communicate risks, blockers, and status clearly and proactively
• Influence outcomes without direct authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Talents Needed for Success

• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Infrastructure Testing, or Delivery/Program Coordination roles
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, automation pipelines
• Strong experience in Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA (backlog, workflows, reporting)
• Experience working in infrastructure or platform environments (cloud/on-prem)
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit expectations
• Proactively identifies and mitigates delivery risks
• Good understanding of the role of automation in various SDLCs (e.g. agile, scrum, waterfall) and mentor, train and coach resources.
• Ability to work on multiple work streams concurrently in a fast-paced environment with extreme multi-tasking and context switching.
