Lead compliance activities for Financial Risk Management and Treasury by assessing regulatory change, mapping requirements to controls, testing controls, evaluating policies and procedures, and preparing status reports for senior management and the Board.

Validate non-functional resiliency requirements by designing, executing, and automating performance, scalability, and stress tests. Build and maintain JMeter scripts, BlazeMeter test runs, and Jenkins/Groovy CI/CD pipelines. Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, recommend fixes, and integrate testing into delivery pipelines while collaborating with development teams and following performance engineering standards.

Lead and support IAM Access Intelligence initiatives including access governance, role methodology, entitlement definitions, process/workflow/report requirements, and stakeholder engagement. Evaluate and improve IAM processes and tools, create documentation and training, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
