Drive client acquisition and growth in the Southeast by developing business development strategies, identifying and engaging prospects (endowments, foundations, pensions, private clients), managing relationships, updating CRM, coordinating with investment, client service and marketing teams, representing the firm at events, and mentoring junior staff to support firm-wide growth objectives.

Lead senior relationship manager for a Texas regional portfolio, delivering coordinated investment consulting and client service, driving client retention and regional business development, representing the firm in market outreach, mentoring junior colleagues, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet growth and client satisfaction goals.

Support business development and client relationship activities for the Private Client Practice, including managing RFPs, drafting proposals and pitch materials, coordinating prospect and client meetings, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-through across stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements and special projects to enhance the client experience.

Support transactional accounting and close activities for prepaids, cash, and fixed assets. Prepare/post journal entries, reconciliations, amortization, depreciation, and audit support. Lead sales enablement content strategy, create and govern sales collateral in Loopio and Seismic, develop playbooks and training, support high-priority proposals, collaborate with marketing, investment teams, and stakeholders, and measure content adoption and impact to improve business development effectiveness.

Support Investment Directors in diligence and monitoring of venture capital and growth equity managers. Attend fundraising and on-site meetings, analyze manager performance and terms, conduct reference calls, prepare materials and market updates, and represent the firm at manager meetings.
