Provides day-to-day service for private clients by managing cash transfers, account onboarding, asset transfers, online enrollment, document delivery, reporting, CRM records, and investment-related documentation. Coordinates workflows with client-facing teams and internal partners across operations, portfolio management, private equity, strategic advisory, and compliance. Supports client-related projects, resolves account issues, and identifies process improvements using technology and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Performs operational accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance and trend analysis, financial reporting, accounts payable review, regulatory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and process improvements. Use Excel tools to analyze datasets, investigate reconciliation breaks, and support accurate trading, cash, performance reporting, and investment operations.

Support and own Addepar operational processes for large, complex client relationships. On-board clients, build alternative transactions, create/validate alternative assets, generate recurring and ad-hoc reports, analyze portfolio data, troubleshoot reporting issues, manage reporting projects, document processes, and ensure data governance and timely delivery.

Handle reconciliation processes, manage corporate actions, ensure accurate financial records, and identify process improvements for operational efficiency.

The Senior Business Analyst will support strategic planning and execution for the Private Client, Endowments and Foundations Business, leading cross-functional initiatives and enhancing decision-making processes for leadership.

Support portfolio managers for multi-asset class balanced portfolios by providing analysis of equities, fixed income, and alternatives; ensure systems deliver daily portfolio information; develop client investment strategies; assist client relationship management, trading, and coordination with internal teams.

Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Private Client Team: manage communications, scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, prepare presentations and reports, maintain Salesforce data integrity, leverage AI/tools to improve efficiency, and build strong internal and external relationships while handling confidential matters with discretion.

Develop and execute investment marketing content and campaigns for private clients and institutional audiences. Create and maintain pitch books, presentations, commentaries, fact sheets, and thought leadership. Coordinate digital engagement (email, webinars, multimedia), support sales and client-facing teams, manage content workflows, approvals, and compliance, and track campaign performance. Collaborate with investment, product, research, and digital teams to translate complex investment ideas into clear, client-focused messaging.

Provide operational support to the Investment team by validating and reconciling daily transactions, triaging manager communications, monitoring cash availability, maintaining investment portal access and data, covering team workflows, and contributing to client-related and ad hoc projects.
